We offer our customers in the Coventry and surrounding CV post code areas of the West Midlands and Warwickshire a dedicated property & home maintenance service, including a twenty four seven emergency response service catering for all of your Emergency household repair needs.

We do not charge call out fees!- We charge a minimum hourly rate from the time we arrive with you based on our current active band rate, in the unlikely event that your repair is not resolved within the hour then additional time is charged in minimum 15 minute increments (with your approval of course). Most problems are usually resolved within the hour.

We aim to resolve your repair on our first visit, to allow us to achieve this our emergency response van is fully stocked with many common spare parts.
